As a Project Controller within the Business Partner Team for Product management your typical day would involve dealing with global Research and Development (R&D) projects, business cases for new products and solutions, innovation processes.
You will work closely with Project managers and take commercial leadership of the R&D projects, ensuring successful execution of projects from a financial perspective.
How You'll Make an Impact
Support of yearly R&D budget preparationAnalyze, monitor and control project costs (ACT vs FC vs BDG)Cooperate closely with project managers, evaluate financial implications of changes in project execution and reflect them in forecast on timely mannerEnsure effective and efficient procurement of materials & servicesSupport R&D funding activities from commercial perspectiveEnsure compliance (adherence to local and corporate rules and regulations) in project executionWhat You Bring
3-5 years of experience in Controlling/Finance. Project management experience is a great advantage A completed university degree in business administration, finance, economy or similar Excellent analytical skills, passion for details and numerical accuracy Growth mindset, focus on solutions and willingness to work in a very dynamic international environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English, other languages are a plus About the Team
