- Be responsible for the documentation of test plans, test cases and test report; 
- Develop tests in order to assure functionality coverage;
- Run tests, analyse results and report bugs found by the tests;
- Define and design test regressions ;

Key Responsibilities

The Network Operations Centre (GSD) is a 24/7 support Center. A GSD Support Engineers’ role is to support the SecureWorks infrastructure. This work is shift based and will require that you monitor both our ticketing and System/Event monitoring application.

Our service lines have varying Service Level Agreement (SLAs) response times so the ability to prioritize events and hand off as required is a must. 

- Perform accurate and precise real-time investigation and triage of Infrastructure alerts.

- Analyze and assess security incidents related to DSWRX and escalate to internal teams for additional assistance

- Manage all customer situations in a professional manner with emphasis on customer satisfaction

- Handle internal clients' requests and questions received via phone, e-mail, or an internal ticketing system in a timely and detail-oriented fashion in order to resolve a multitude of information security related citeste mai mult

Essential Requirements
