Job purpose and key deliverables - Is responsible for payroll activities: check of timesheets and pay sheets; realizing and updating the files needed for monthly payroll, performing the salaries payment. - Is responsible for personnel administration activities: employment files, cessations, suspensions, changes of individual labor agreement.
- Records and transmits data into Employees' General Register of Evidence - Draws-up different types of certificates requested by employees. - Is appointed as contact person with local authorities: ITM, AJOFM. - Is responsible for internal HR indicators reports. - Supervises the temporary employment providers and ensures the necessary personnel according to production requests. Essential requirements - Previous payroll and personnel administration experience; - Good knowledge of labor law and fiscal code; - Good skills of planning & reporting; - Good knowledge of PC-Office, especially Microsoft Excel; - Preferably university education; - English citeste mai mult
