    A Snapshot of Your Day

    As a Customer Parts Support Specialist you will act as the first point of contact for direct customer and regional entities in addressing any requests for quotations and spare parts orders. Additionally, you will follow up with other areas of the business including engineering, procurement, quality and shipping, in order to fulfil the customers` needs.


    How You'll Make an Impact
    • Efficiently process orders and quotations using our ERP system.
    • Cultivate lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
    • Provide timely updates and solutions, ensuring customer requirements are met.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver prompt service and meet deadlines.
    • Continuously seek and implement improvements for customer service and business processes.
    • Engage in regular training to maintain and enhance your expertise.
    • Act as a Siemens ambassador, promoting a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving.
    • Regularly assess and improve customer satisfaction levels.
    • Maintain compliance with export, control, and customs regulations.

    What you bring:
    • A degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of the Supply Chain, customer service, and operational compliance.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of SAP.
    • Willingness to travel up to 15% for work.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Experience in order processing and customer service is advantageous.
    • A collaborative approach and team-player mentality.
