Skills required:

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar.
• At least 5+ years of experience on Teamcenter PLM.
• English communication skills both written and verbal is a must.
• PLM domain knowledge.
• Expertise on Teamcenter Installation, Deployments, Maintenance packages, Upgrade, etc.
• Understanding of Teamcenter 2 Tier, 4 Tier architecture along with file structures for Pool Servers, Single Sign On (SSO), Dispatcher, Indexer, Webserver.
• Of Active Workspace deployments and ability to configure the same.
• On Teamcenter Business Modeler (BMIDE) maintenance and modifications, along with maintaining its version control.
• Experience with Teamcenter application monitoring and understanding of Teamcenter architecture and components to be monitored.
• Understanding of any monitoring tool for application, servers, including setup, configuring meaningful Events and effective rules for filtering and correlating and resolve issues related to monitoring alerts and notifications.
• Regular system upgrades and patches to ensure infrastructure remains up-to-date and secure.
• Configuring T4EA & T4S integration and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Experience in BMIDE, ITK, Workflow, Product Structure, Deployment center, etc.
• Experience of providing Teamcenter application support to end users ensuring resolution and end user satisfaction.
• Activities to analyze, tune and monitor various environments for optimal performance and stability.
• Knowledge in the set up and maintenance of development, test and production environments, as well as promotion of production activities.
• ITSM processes is essential like incident management, service management, knowledge management, continuous improvement, problem management etc.

Nice to have:

• Database administration, querying database (Oracle / MSSQL).
• Managing scheduled /cron jobs
• Nagios or related technologies.
• Monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Teamcenter Installation, Deployments, Maintenance packages, Upgrade, etc.
• Teamcenter issues related to deployments, access, connectivity, T4EA & T4S integration modules, dispatcher, schedule jobs, etc. for monitoring the application, servers using monitoring tools for any application errors, hardware resources, disk space, etc. with L1 & L1.5 and L2 application support team to provide high availability of Teamcenter application to business users.
• Shoot application issues and work with the team on problem issues.
• Weekend support / On call support on demand for deployment activities and respond to events and incidents proactively.
