    The Localization Program Manager role is to oversee end-to-end localization workflow. This role implies planning, managing execution and publishing on-demand content about Veeam solutions within a given budget. Responsibilities include collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors, while driving efficiencies of localization towards marketing goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating localization planning and execution across 3 global regions.
    • Managing localization processes in order to ensure that a product is ready for a near simultaneous global launch.
    • Oversee end-to-end localization process using internal tools and working with external vendors and systems.
    • Coordinating multiple teams from global and regional markets, as well as functional departments to ensure proper planning and execution: Global Campaign Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Field Marketing Managers, Regional Business Partners, graphic design, e-mail marketing, web, events, etc.
    • Manage on-demand content localization within agreed budget: white papers, e-books, webinars, Power Point presentations, product demos, web pages.
    • Adopt new technology, use best practices and data to ensure programs continue to drive effectiveness and efficiencies.

    Qualifications:

    • Localization strategy: experience in managing business needs, planning, processes, budget and stakeholders for local content
    • Project management: plan, organize and manage execution of localization tasks in a timely manner, within a budget.
    • Communication skills: drive consensus and articulate program recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Localization technologies: Experience using Translation Management Systems, Machine Translation.
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc)
    • Advanced level of English
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
