    This is an opportunity for an experienced comms professional, passionate about all things EVP and Employer Brand, to be based in Bucharest with a global remit. Reporting into the Head of Employer Brand and Attraction, and be part of a small team of specialists, focused on delivering the best outcomes for both our customers and candidates.

    Role summary:

    You'll work collaboratively with our recruiters and business contacts, to identify skills, positions, geographies and target talent audiences where we need to develop and implement innovative campaigns, to strengthen our employer brand profile, developing targeted attraction solutions to increase candidate engagement and applications.

    The role provides a significant opportunity to support our business growth ambitions and success through helping to articulate and communicate why LSEG is a fantastic place to work to targeted audiences, like experienced hires, students and specialist roles, through channels such as digital, social media, brand ambassadors, events and much more.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Design and coordinate delivery management of specific attraction ad-hoc and/ or ongoing targeted attraction campaigns in country, or skill/sector, or audience type.

    • Project manage/lead brand awareness campaigns using multiple channels, including, but not limited to digital media.

    • Support active management and engagement with candidates using social media and talent community (CRM). Content Marketing experience advantageous.

    • Monitor and measure the success of our brand presence and campaigns to ensure we are optimising the best performing solutions and delivering the highest return on investment.

    • Implement clear metrics for success for channels and track and report on these.

    • Brand champion - ensuring alignment to LSEG brand guidelines.

    • Third party supplier management.

    • Activation of campaigns across business lines, with active engagement of business leaders and colleagues, socialising and seeking input on projects, effectively bringing them on the journey.

    • Trusted advisor (SME) to TA, Talent, HR, and Business on appropriate use of employer brand solutions.

    What you'll bring:

    • EVP, Employer Brand SME, or related marketing or comms experience

    • Experience of student marketing, technology, or inclusion and diversity attraction strategies an advantage.

    • Excellent project management capability, capable of managing multiple campaigns.

    • Business partner liaison/business management experience at all levels.

    • Builds powerful relationships, good networker, and ability to influence.

    • High degree of content marketing, online and social media ability.

    • Strong digital marketing hands-on experience.

    • Experience with, and knowledge of, multi-geography attraction campaigns.

    • Supplier relationship management.

    • A problem-solver, with an analytical approach, able to analyse insights and data to identify the most informative and useful data and narrative.

    • Accountability of the plan and outcomes.

    • Creative capability, confident writing briefs, working with third party suppliers, internal brand and marketing teams and within brand guidelines.

    • Good communicator and storyteller, experienced writing both business presentations and talent attraction communications

    • Comfortable working at pace, handling multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity.

    • Cross-functional working experience desirable.

    • Excellent English language skills.
