Senior Controlling Professional for Real Estate (SE RE FIN)

This position will be in the Performance Controlling team of the Combined Global Real Estate Finance Function (SE RE FIN) covering both Siemens Energy (SE) and Siemens Gamesa (SGRE) Real Estate. We are seeking an experienced controlling professional who will decisively contribute to the overall transparency of the Real Estate financials to prepare the basis for management decision making.

• Support management in financial planning and calculating yearly budgets and midterm plans.
• Conduct monthly reporting, forecasting as well as actual versus plan and versus forecast analysis and track agreed measures/action items.
• Create regular business reports with respect to the overall performance and relevant key lines and recommend actions to accountable management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations to be reviewed with the respective management and stakeholders
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis and special requests and contribute to conceptual and project work related to controlling.
• Actively foster the integration of Siemens Gamesa Real Estate.
• Work to improve and harmonize the overall IT landscape and drive forward the digitalization for the Combined Global Real Estate Finance Function.
• Act as central contact person for Real Estate internal (e.g., Management, Regions/Hubs) and external (e.g., SE Accounting & Controlling) stakeholders.

• Successfully completed degree in Finance or related field
• Strong Controlling background with at least 5-8 years of professional experience
• Close familiarity with Finance processes (e.g., financial closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting) and IT systems (e.g., SAP Business Warehouse, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Alteryx)
• Knowledge of SGRE Real Estate specific IT applications (e.g., Unifire), preferable
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ThinkCell
• Knowledge of IFRS in particular IFRS16
• Real Estate experience would be a plus

• Keen on working in a team
• Superior communication skills, able to develop and leverage relationships within or across teams and work groups to achieve results
• Fluent in English level, both oral and written, German would be a plus
